Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were mostly clean and comfortable, but the layout with changes in floor level was a bit tricky to navigate. The bed was cozy, though. The service was outstanding, with a super friendly and welcoming staff. The location was great, just on the edge of the bustling Thamel area, providing a good balance. The dining options were somewhat repetitive, although the quality was decent. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
Staying on the 4th floor without an elevator made it a bit challenging for the kids, but overall, the hotel offered an amazing experience at an affordable price. The rooms were spacious, with a huge lounge area and a large bedroom and bathroom, complete with good beds and a large clean bathroom. A true oasis in the city.
The hotel is located in the heart of Thamel, offering a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The rooms are impeccably clean, quiet, and spacious, with a comfortable double bed. However, being positioned right on the staircase can be a bit noisy, and the lack of a lift to access the 4th-floor rooms via steep metal steps may be challenging.
The hotel offers lovely rooms that are clean and comfortable, with a slight issue of humidity and ventilation. The service is outstanding, truly better than most high-rated properties, with exceptionally welcoming and cheerful staff. The location is a gem, isolated from the city noise yet close to the vibrant Thamel area for shopping and exploring. The dining experience is varied, with some room for improvement, and the facilities are top-notch.
The hotel is situated perfectly, between the Thamel district with its eateries and shops, and the new Royal Palace. The rooms were clean, large, and cleverly set out, similar to an apartment, providing privacy. The service was top-notch, with a very friendly and attentive staff. The dining experience included a decent spread with an Indian/Nepali vegetarian dish, adding variety. However, a downside was the service staff being a little too friendly at times. Overall, a great value for money stay with fantastic room arrangements and helpful service.
The hotel offers good rooms for a comfortable stay, but not recommended for those needing elevators/lifts. The rooms were spotless and the bed was perfectly made for a restful sleep, although it was very cold. The service was punctual and friendly, with staff ensuring my comfort throughout. The location is convenient near the Thamel district but noisy due to nearby construction. The dining experience could be improved, but breakfast was adequate. Overall, a satisfactory stay with a few minor drawbacks.
